I'm thinking this is what Gase wanted to experience before confirming any deal and why Gus said no decision is made yet but evidently Olsen may end up being on the staff but it's just a matter of what title

The fact that Gase is on his way to Chicago makes me think Olson is OC....
Olson is a done deal. Our hope can be maybe it is for QB coach but i doubt it.
