The whole notion is that players are vastly more important than plays. Don't be so dramatic over the obvious.

The more important factor is his ability to teach fundamentals so execution of plays can occur.

How can you not be excited about this hire?

 

Gus has a vision of what the Jags Offense should be.

 

He found that guy who can make that vision a reality and that has me excited about the Jags future as an Offense.

 

Gus had the Defense looking pretty good in 2014.

 

In 2015, the Offense will show a similar type improvement resulting in 7 to 9 wins.

Gase let slip that not only did he not call the plays in Denver, when asked about his philosophy on motivating players to their greatest potential, he said he is a big froyo guy, so that was the deal breaker for Gus.

So Denver didn't improve as the year went on and that's why we let Gase and every other option walk. Makes sense.

FBT and the croonies always latch on too some kind of motto.  Then after they name call all the "whiners" they vanish from the board.  Bradley sucks for this team and we will see a new head coach in 2016.  This hiring is just beyond reasonable.

Gase said he like pudding and hated sprinkles.  The interview was over after that.

There's a big difference between whiners and making a point with some sort of substance.

Yup.  Gase hurt Peyton's legs and turned his arm into a noodle.

I don't have to make a point.  The proof is in the results.  This team has been atrocious since 2008.   There is your proof along with the many questionable decisions made thereafter.

 

The new regime is 7-25.   Yea that breeds along of confidence they know what they are doing.
