Quote:If Ravensinsider is saying it I believe it. Honestly, he is a freak.

Yeah, he's good though a lot of times he'll say sources when he's breaking something. However unlikely, just hoping he's trusting La Canfora's reporting and discussing the move.
So the Ravens and Jags pass on Gase, something must be up with him that is turning teams off

I wonder if the Jaguars are looking at Gase as a "QB coach/co-coordinator".

Or this

Still nothing on John O's or Ryan O's or JAgs twitter feed and nothing on BCC or JAgs.com

It's possible,  not probable ( like you mentioned ) because both are based out of Baltimore.

And yet, the whining...
It's the known vs the unknown

<p class=""><a class="" href='https://twitter.com/hashtag/Jaguars?src=hash'>#<b>Jaguars</b></a> coordinator search "ongoing" but could be done tonight.

It's for real guys. Trust me. If it's on the internet it's true.

Quote:Still better than Gase.

Seriously, offensive coordinators are only as good as their QBs allow them to be.  If Olson had coached Peyton Manning the last two years while Gase had to coach Terrell Pryor, which guy do you think Jags fans would be chomping at the bit for?

"Chomping at the bit"

I hate that phrase
Even PFT does not have it

Bingo

I would be happy with Gase and hope he learned coaching Manning, but Olson has way more experience coaching QBs and being an OC in the NFL

Like I said in the past this guy saw the writing on the wall with Gabbert that he sucks, but Caldwell and Tony Khan tried to see if Gabbert was salvageable but the guy was just a terrible QB

More random speculation, please. I expect 4-5 new posts per each refresh. Get to it!!

They must not consider Lacanfora a reliable source.
The longer no one else reports this, the weirder it is. Usually all the big time reporters will parrot one another within a few minutes of the first one breaking a story. It's been an hour since La Canfora tweeted it and no one other than Aaron Wilson has really even made mention of it.

I don't blame them, he's been wrong so many times in the past.
Not official until Adam Schefter reports it...... boss (Marshawn Lynch voice)

For what it's worth,  for the 8 games that Greg Olson was the Lions play caller in the 2004 season and 2005 season combined,   for the most part the Offense functioned better than in most of the other games.   It might not be saying much but when going through difficult seasons,  Olson was a bright spot relatively speaking.
