Anyway what I posted doesn't matter. Albert Breer just said Jaguars defensive coach's were told they would keep their jobs if Marrone was hired

Just as I feared.

 

So basically there's no accountability for this staff.  We've basically just fired the head chef, but left the prep cooks around who have been serving up the same sub-par dishes...  

 

 

I'm sure that the Hackett will remain as the OC then...

Caldwell is average finding players and beyond stupid hiring HCs.

Well we have Coughlin. And keep in mind he signed off on all of these changes/or lack there of.

This is my sentiment too. I am not shocked or anything, but with the names out there you can't honestly say Marrone was the "best" option. Time will tell, he had  us looking like an NFL team the last 2 weeks of the season, even if we went 1-1. 

He better have some brand new ideas. Players must be cussing hearing this news
