I don't mind the hire as such. But they could have ditched Gus last year if this the direction they are taking.

I agree. Also as u stated earlier, I think the team responded better. It's not a sexy hire but I believe he is a good choice he has experience and doesn't seem to be as passive as Bradley

Most of these stats were the reflection of a turnover prone impotent offense.
To show some stats that can't be influenced by having a bad offense.
We were 8th in rushing yards per attempt
8th in third down percentage. (That against stat is a reflection on the offense not doing something with the ball)
We can definitely use more pressures, but you can't blame the fact that two of our main pass rushers were first year players on the DC.

That is so great, If I lived in Jacksonville I'd surely buy season tickets for 2017....
They've gotta change the scheme. We made good strides this year on D with Wash, but they still didn't get enough pressure, nowhere near enough turnovers, and have players in the wrong place/position/scheme fit (Fowler, Jack, maybe Gipson :\, etc).

But why? Why are we always giving up a season? We've been wasting seasons for like 4 years now...
It's getting ridiculous. If you know it's not gonna work, why set up the failure?
