Yeah, I saw this on Twitter earlier. People do have cameras everywhere these days, so people including public figures do need to be careful about what they are doing in public. Someone may catch something happening and then post it on Social Media.
It does seem like some people really don't like Urban and don't want him to be successful at the NFL level. So they are glad/were possibly itching to catch him slipping up one way or the other.

Meh. Seems relatively mild by today's standards. I noticed he was covering his crotch while that chick was grinding on him. Not saying the dude is a saint, but, I mean, this is mild unless something more comes out. The second post makes me think this young lady is just looking for her 2 seconds of fame.

He's stuck in a bad situation. This woman is grinding on him but what is he going to do, jump up and push her away? I think he does the best thing he can think of and just cover the area of offense with his hands.
I think the locker room will appreciate this.
There are a lot of up and coming coaching candidates who would give their left testicle to hitch their wagon to TL. Urban doesn't seem like he loves football.
