Naaah.... I'm about done.  Just banging my head against the wall with this guy.  I think he is arguing just for the sake of arguing at this point.
Quote:You have no answer for the simple questions you keep skipping over. Again, get mad about it Smile

Your questions are irrelevant.  The Patriots are responsible for the equipment they use.  There doesn't need to be video evidence or fingerprint analysis to prove WHO EXACTLY LET THE AIR OUT.

Your post doesn't make any sense in the English language, thus it was skipped.

just because said balls were sitting on a shelf or in a bag on the Pats sideline does not mean they were purposely deflated with intent to break the rules. I have seen no evidence of that.

Quote:The footballs were checked and were fine (so were the dogs in my analogy), they were then placed in the care of the patriots (the dogs were placed in the care of the kennel) and later after the patriots being responsible for the balls (and the kennel for the dogs) the balls (dogs) were underinflated (malnourished).  Tell me again how your analogy fits better?    Perhaps if you weren't trying to so hard to be an internet tough guy we could actually have a conversation....
I have countered and destroyed this argument already. If being a "internet tough guy" means being right, then I am Bill Gates on steroids in this conversation Smile

there doesn't need to be.  the only evidence they need is that the balls became deflated after being put into the hands of the Patriots personnel.

So it was divine intervention that every single one of their balls magically deflated.

By the way, your cohort in this couldn't understand what I was asking.  Miraculously you were able to understand it.  Divine intervention all around deflategate.

I think I'm about done here.  There's only so many times you can say the same thing to them.  If you want to put your head in the sand and act like nothing happened here after all this discussion, there's no point in going on.

BUT THERE COULD HAVE BEEN DIVINE INTERVENTION.  WE DONT KNOW.  THEREFORE THEY ARE INNOCENT

all options for what caused these balls to be deflated are still plausible because there is no proof for or against anything.

All you have done is declare yourself right.  You're a legend in your own mind... we get that.

But here are the answers you requested.

Some footballs were under-inflated.

Why where they under-inflated?   Only the person that underinflated them would know that answer... and it is irrelevant.   Just as in life, why a crime is committed makes no difference.  "He needed killin'" is never a valid defense.  LOL

Who under inflated them?  Well, since the only people who had access to them were the patriots, evidence points to the patriots.

When did it happen,   Between the time they were inspected and halftime

where did it happen,   Mars.   Seriously?  This is a question?   Somewhere either in the patriots locker room or the sideline.

how did it happen?   Well, if the valves were somehow defective that info would have been released already... so.. again... evidence says a member of the patriots organization tampered with them.

So right now, Who gets punished for what?   Can't punish an individual, but you can certainly come down on the patriots.  If for no other reason... negligence.

Short version... Balls were fine.  Placed in the possession of the patriots who are at that point responsible for the balls meeting the rules.   The balls were either tampered with or defective.  If they are found defective then release the information and move on.  Otherwise.. even if the exact individual that did the tampering is never identified... you punish the organization.  Again, they were responsible for making sure the footballs remained legal for play.  But keep arguing.. its fun to watch you pat yourself on the back.

Unfortunately(or fortunately) what you "think" happened isnt an answer to the question, and thankfully so. Unless you DO have some proof for these answers?.... I eagerly await your evidence. Smile

My too.. I guess we'll let the self proclaimed Bill Gates on Steroids continue to stroke his ego on his own.
Tempest in a teapot.

I get it.. you don't understand the concept of responsibility.      Got it.

Later Bill.

true, it's what the NFL thinks happened that matters.  And since the NFL management is made up of generally smart people and not idiots, they will agree with predator.

and drop the proscribed 25k fine on the Pats and move on. Gotta hand it to the league, they sure can maintain control of the headlines.

And what has the NFL decided?

Oh wait, nothing yet? Exactly. Go be mad somewhere else.

Lol @ the low iq crew who still doesn't understand that I dont care what the outcome is, as long as the evidence supports it. How could anyone be against this way of thinking is a mystery far greater then how footballs were under inflated.
