Was the neck compression caused by a knee or perhaps the position that he was in?
Contrary to popular belief, Floyd didn't die because an officer had his knee on his neck/shoulder. He basically died of a drug overdose. The knee to the neck/shoulder didn't cause him to go into cardiac arrest, it was the drugs that he consumed.
At the VERY most the officer might be convicted of manslaughter for failing to render medical aide in a timely manner, and even that could be challenged since Floyd refused to cooperate. It was by no means a murder.
Either way portions of the country are going to explode when the verdict comes in. There will be more "mostly peaceful protests" (according to the state controlled media) consisting of rioting, looting, burning and all out destruction.

Stating that law enforcement actions caused the death. The report should include the facts of the autopsy only, not going and watching a video before you do the autopsy and then saying that caused the death.
Just state he died from x, y, z and let the jury make their mind up on if his knee was on his neck.

Does anyone really think that Floyd would have died that day if not for the encounter with law enforcement? I'd agree it wasn't an intentional act but it was at a minimum, manslaughter due to negligence.
I love all the Monday morning cops on here about what he should have done.
Prosecution overplayed their hand and let the MSM feed into their case, and because of that, nothing happens.

Perhaps Boeing should hire this Defense Team. They could claim the 62 passengers that died in the Jakarta plane crash on January 9, 2021 died of Covid-19 or some other medical issue (e.g. MS, Allergies, High Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure, Cancer, etc.) that any one of them may have been dealing with in the recent months leading up to the crash.
