I picked the Bucs in my football pool.  I think this is the week our dreams come true!  Go Bucs!!

You keep saying we have "A chance"

We had a "Chance" to beat the Jets.

A "Chance" to beat the Saints after a near 100 yard pick 6

We took the SeaHawkaloogies to OT...

and we lost them all.

Sooner or later we will fully quit. When that happens, Your hopes of us having nail biters every week are done.

At least you've had chances.

We've been beaten like rented mules the whole season.
You actually looked good vs Denver and had a few good drives in London. Maybe the Bye has refreshed the team enough to pull one out.

All we need is one, Jax...just one.

Do you like our chances against the Bills?

Quote:I think the Bucs will win Monday night. It is setting up nicely for them. As bad as the week has been for the Dolphins. With the game being on ESPN, they have to deal with increased media attention from the World Wide Leader. I think the Bucs could win in a blowout to be honest.

I think you are exaggerating how much the Dolphins are affected by the Jonathan Martin scandal. He did not play against the Bengals so they are prepared to play with a former Raven at left tackle. Richie Incognito's suspension will have the same effect as putting him on injured reserve. Joe Philbin is making sure players "stick together." I don't think Ryan Tannehill will be thinking about why Bryant McKinnie is protecting his blind side instead of Martin while he is calling plays or has the ball in his hand. The players can't hear Mike Tirico and Jon Gruden and will not watch Monday Night Countdown during warmups. That said, I am sure the Buccaneers will take advantage of it and have a chance to win the game.

Justin Blackmon played against the Broncos and 49ers. We could do almost nothing on offense without him in September.

We also have played a much tougher schedule so far......lets see if the Jags continue to get blown out when were playing this conglomerate of bad QB's that fill the schedule these last 8 weeks...
You don't need a justin Blackmon to win.

Take Danny Noble, that TE you signed? He's serviceable. All you need is one fluke win....just one.

The Buccaneers are far more likely to get a Fluke Win.  And I hope they get it against MIami.  And then again against Atlanta.  And against the Rams as well.  3-13 sounds nice for the Buccaneers.

The difference between the Buccaneers and the Jaguars is our secret Weapon:  No, Not Brian Anger.  Gene Smith.  With all the bad picks he made, this team is capable of losing to any team by at least 10 points.

Both played Seattle.  Good apples to apples...
We see your Gene Smith, and raise you this:

Let's see, barring injuries, we have to play against Jake Locker (twice), Jason Campbell, Carson Palmer, Case Kleenum (twice), E.J. Manuel, and the division's best quarterback, Andrew Luck. Do you think all of them except Luck are bad?
My dad (a Dolphins fan) is going to the Dolphins Buccaneers game this week. Every Dolphins game he's been too has resulted in a Dolphins loss. Hopefully this trend continues.

Most, if not all of them are nothing special....and I wish people would stop saying we have to play Luck, because we won't....the Colts will be resting their starters in week 17. We'll be playing against the Colts backups.

That is one game. The other 7 opponents were different.

Jaguars: Chiefs, Raiders, Seahawks, Colts, Rams, Broncos, Chargers, 49ers

Buccaneers: Jets, Saints, Patriots, Cardinals, Eagles, Falcons, Panthers, Seahawks

There is absolutely no reason in the world to think we will not play against Andrew Luck. Of course we will. The Colts have to play for seeding in the AFC after winning the division. The only backups in Indianapolis we play against will be those replacing injured starters. This is not 2009.

No they most likely will not. Their record isn't going to be close to KC or Denver, or the Patriots - especially now that Wayne is done.....they'll be stuck in either the 3 or 4 seed and will be sitting their starters week 17.

They currently have the same number of wins as the Bengals, own the tiebreaker against the Broncos, and are only one game behind the Patriots. Nobody knows at this point if they will play for a spot in Week 17 or already be locked into #4.

Actually, the Colts played their starters in a meaningless week 17 game last year to spoil the Texans getting a better seed. The new front office and head coach in Indy doesnt believe in resting starters for the playoffs.
