Of course, I drive in the driveway.  How else would I get the car into the garage.  I also drive out the driveway.  Just about as often, as a matter of fact.

I've done the in and out in both the driveway and the garage.  I can't say for sure if a baby was ever made during any specific driving incident
To the first paragraph, that makes sense. There’s apparently a grey( or is it gray) area   Maybe you’re done driving and just putting it away.  Maybe it’s an extended park?  I’m in the opinion that it is an extended park as opposed to driving into the garage. No parent has ever said “now let’s see if you can drive it into the garage” it’s  always “can you park it”. Now we’re introducing parkways into the equation.  I feel a debate about that will be never ending considering y’all’s argumentative attitudes. Smile

We’re talking semantics here, let’s be honest with ourselves.

As far as the babies are concerned, I think the key is to put it in park while you’re running out of gas. If you’re not wanting kids, you pull out the driveway and park it in the upper stories of the garage. Each roadway is different with their twists, turns, bumps and such. Gotta feel the road and give it what it needs.

Real men don't coast to the finish line, we drive hard for the entire ride.  I guess it comes down to ride preferences, comfort or performance.  The important thing is to hug the curves.   Conversion vans are great for a quick pleasure trip.  As for convertibles, what guy doesn't enjoy the top down at the drive-in?

One thing is for sure, you don’t want to be in neutral and revving it up with no where to go.  Been there, done that in my early teens.  All that leaves you with is hard socks.

I tried my best in high school not to read.  I think this is an “Of Mice and Men” reference??? Is that correct?
That and Lenny is a [BLEEP].

Edit: one of unusually low iq.

Would you prefer Ted from "There's Something About Mary"?  I'm sure it's within your grasp and you've proven you can handle it; you just have to aim a little higher.

Oddly enough, I get the Of Mice and men reference more than the “something about Mary” one. That is, if she is indeed referencing it.    Only thing I remember from that movie “mary” is Brett was Brett favre and the unconventional hair gel.
People at Jaguars games who choose the most idiotic times to make a concession run. Teams will be standing around during TV timeouts, injury on the field, whatever and they remain seated. Then as the teams are lining up to continue play, welp time to make everyone in their row stand up so they can get out.

What’s worse is they’ll do it on critical plays when everyone is in anticipation and the next thing you know people are standing in your line of sight because some idiot who is completely oblivious to the game chooses that moment to go get a $12 hamburger.

Geez, Louise…

There is no end to the trivial annoyances at Jags games.  I expect a lot more from you on this subject.

We just never stood up or made room for those folks. "Wait till after this play, dingleberry"

This one is probably the worst. I’m looking at these people and wondering why they invested the time and money to attend a game and then ignore it.

Another is people who stand all the time. That’s not a real big problem though. An argument broke out just down the row from me when some guys were standing all the time. They finally relented when the guy who started in on them walked back his demand and asked politely.

Another one a couple of games ago was blocking our view and I was getting ready to ask if he would mind not standing so much when the folks who the seats actually belonged to showed up. How satisfying to watch that little changing of the guard happen.

Hey, I didn't want to wait in line.

And don't call me Louise.

Also why I waited until second series of the third to make a run to the stalls, by then all the halftime traffic was done making room and ordering next rounds.

Thanks for letting everyone know about my multiple personality disorder.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm currently identifying as an international rock star and feel like going to the casino.  My limo should be here any minute.

More like this.

Wife: "Honey, what did you buy at the Jags game for $13?  It's on our credit card statement."
Me: "A beer."
Wife: "A beer?  Like one single beer?"
Me: "Yep.  One beer."
Wife: "Was there anything special about that beer?"
Me: "No, it was Miller Lite."
Wife: "$13 for one Miller Lite?"
Me: "Yep.  Well, I did tip a dollar."

That conversation would not have happened if they accepted cash at the Jags games.  My trivial annoyance isn't just the cost of the beer.  It's that I have to have that conversation, and admit that I paid that much money for one single beer.

Has your wife never been to a sporting event before? Disney? To any other major public event where they charge you out the nose for everything?

I always try to pay bar tabs and greens fees with cash so my wife can't track my activities.  It helps maintain plausible deniability.
