On a kinda related note... I get those “we will buy your house” cards/letters in the mail daily! Just because I bought my house at a time when they were pretty much giving them away in the area and paid less than a new car for it doesn’t mean I don’t know what it’s worth now! If anyone is going to make a butt ton of money on my house...it’s going to be me!!!

I get those all the time as well. My guess is because our home has been paid off for quite some time plus last year we just bought some more property.

Though, I don’t consider it trivial because I’m pissed the [BLEEP] off, when you opt to pay an additional 30 dollars in shipping to get something today, been home all day, and get an email from Fedex saying business closed or no one home, refer to orange sticker. I’ve been home all day, have no orange sticker. [BLEEP] didn’t even come by. Package does not require a damn signature anyway.

Get AdBlock for Youtube on Chrome is you use Chrome. Combined with uBlock Origin it make every website so much better.
