Unfortunately around here, probably not.
Luck is good, but I'm not sure he's surpassed or even met expectations.

Also as of right now he is on par with Dalton and in my opinion, Alex smith.
I'd say he's the 7th or 8th best QB in the league right now. Of course it's a league with 4 HOF-Quality QB's in it.
I still think the Colts take the division this year but I'm thinking we have a chance to split with them this season.

First off, that reply was in regard to what I said, which didn't even involve Eli manning.
Second off, Andrew luck was labeled such things as "perfect" or "the best prospect since john elway" etc...
When in his first two years he has played comparable or worse than guys like nick foles or Andy dalton and you colts fans or stooges like TMD bashes a guy like Andy Dalton but praises luck when they have been similar, I'm going to call you out on it.
When you use the argument "luck performed better than Dalton in the playoffs!!!" I'm gonna tell you that mark Sanchez performed way better than luck in the playoffs and just as pedestrian as luck in the regular season and look where he is at now.
I think luck, Dalton, and foles are all top 12 qbs in the NFL. I don't think luck is ever going to be the best. He has room to grow and maybe become top 5, but foles has just a good of chance, and if Dalton can start notching playoff wins and you look at the rest of his body of work then he might be right around 7 or 8. Once p manning, Brady, and Brees are no longer playing, guys like luck, Dalton, foles, cam, hopefully bortles are going to be next in line to be the best in the league.
But luck didn't seem to make big strides from season 1 to season 2. Foles took a huge step forward.

You keep saying "you" when I've never said any of that. I've barely been involved in this conversation on this thread.
You HAVE to look at the players that around Foles/Dalton/Luck. Luck clearly doesn't have the same supporting cast as those two, especially Dalton and ESPECIALLY in Luck's first year.
Also, it's incredibly hilarious that all you use is STATS STATS STATS. Use your eyes. Actually watch the game. Watch the plays. Watch what's happening. It's not coincidence or luck (lower case l) that 90% of people on this planet think Luck is a good/great QB. Only those who have an agenda (ie: YOU) who think otherwise.

Andy Dalton has an offense thats stacked and he still coughs up hairballs when it matters most.
Foles is the product of a coach that oversees consistently high scoring offenses every year. Foles ain't nothing but a cog in the system, one who got extremely lucky last season with the few amount of INT's. He's an average QB, period.
Andrew Luck has very little as a supporting cast, both in passing game/ running game/ defense and IMO coaching, Yet he's still ascending to top 10 status and higher, with a bullet.
Put either of Foles or Dalton on the 2012/ 2013 Colts and those teams win 6 games per year.
