He needs to be moved to Special Teams if we continue to use the brilliant strategy of kicking off short, even though we have a kicker who is supposed to have one of the strongest legs in the NFL.

I say we continue to do what we do but offset idiotic decisions with dumber decisions to counter stupid decisions.
Stupid [BLEEP] Baalke, only that clown could screw up the first overall pick. Travon is a bust, a bull rushing bust…
Hutch is tied for first in the league in pressures with TJ Watt and Maxx Crosby. One of the most bone headed picks the Jags have ever made in the history of the franchise. Whoever wanted Walker over Hutch should be fired after this year and Khan knows who it was.

Still insane they chose Walker over Hutch who was a crazy athlete. The chosing Walker over Hutch because Walker was just a little bit better of an athlete is some of the dumbest [BLEEP] ive ever heard being both were great athlets and top 20 All time at the position since 1987. Hutch had a better vert, 3 cone, and shuttle so its even arguable if Walker was the better athlete. We could of gotten an insane athlete that was already a great pass rusher with a DPOY type ceiling

I think 31 of the 32 teams would of drafted Hutch at one.  The bad thing is, our franchise is the one franchise that would of taken Walker and we picked at one

Still early.  Can't write him off yet.  But it is very surprising and disappointing that we have seen so little.

So the less athletic guy has figured out how to develop additional pass rush techniques. Will continue to stand by what I said. For as physically gifted as Walker is its crazy he hasn't developed anything yet. It isn't that hard.
We all wanted Hutch. Baalke didn’t listen to the crowd, and here we are again. It’s crazy how this board literally can draft better than our paid staff.
I mean

He looks better than chaisson lol

JEEZ...

Maybe I'm giving Travon too much credit.  I don't think I've ever seen Travon attack a lineman like this.  This game was against Atlanta.

Let's see if they move Travon around and let's see if Travon can get to the QB.  I guess this will be one of those test where we can see after 1 year the development of both prospects.  I'm excited to look at it.  Though I have a feeling I'm going to be dissapointed.
Baalke, the smartest man in the room

When you have an idiot of an owner like Khan you get turds like Baalke.

I hope Walker gets things going. The anger is getting out of hand here

Sheesh
Walker is on the verge of being the biggest bust in franchise history. Number 1 overall pick and he has 4.5 sacks in 20 games.

Derrick Harvey had 3.5 sacks through 20 games.

Walker’s rookie season: 3.5 sacks
Harvey’s rookie season: 3.5 sacks
Was drafted at the end of the first. Could of had him as well. Hutch has more pressures than Myles Garrett and Michah Parsons

Half his pressures came against the Bears and he has Chris Jones opposite of him.

It's a lot easier to rush a struggling offense when you're up 31 to 0 at half time. [BLEEP] is wild.

With that said? We clearly [BLEEP] up and fumbled the bag addressing the defensive line and offensive line.

It's highly unlikely much will change with what we have on the roster and that's with Josh Allen more than likely leaving in the off season.

Unless things gradually begin to change in these areas? I think it's clear one change must take place in the off season.

The cheifs game last year as a turning point for Trevor

Maybe this game against falcons is a turning point for walker

So many to pick from, when it comes to first round disappointments. More recently, chaisson and Fowler. The list is deep. However it’s way too early on Walker. It’s ok to be concerned, but let’s not go overboard. YET

Yeah there's a healthy does of Gene Smithism going on there, I would say I don't believe he would draft a punter in the 3rd round but I wonder.

True test will be whether or not he's playing ST next season when Chiasson is gone
