Is this true though?  I see Josh Allen with 34.  However, at least according to Pro Football Reference, Travon Walker only has 19.

FWIW, Aidan Hutchinson went into today's game with 35.
Yep it's true,, walker and Allen been very good. Walker is a beast he's more than the stats show guy

PFR qualifies pressures differently than other analytics sites.
either way we have a really good player in walker. not a elite pass rusher right now but i will say he knows how to beat doubles and tackle very well.
Walker's a very good player and could potentially still be a beast.

It's life that he's gonna be compared to Hutch who is a more polished and more natural edge rusher so gets better stats.

Still I'm happy we have him as others have said he does a lot that doesn't show up on a stat sheet
I think he must of slept with rhe PFF graders wife or something cause pff hates him lol

Even more true for Josh Allen IMO. I think Travon and Josh benefit from each other. Nothing wrong with that. The way it looks now we have good guys on both sides.
Travon Walker reminds of Myles Jack.
Both are gifted, physical athletes, but not natural, with good instincts football players.

Walker looks lost out there too often.

Totally disagree. He has gotten better over the course of the season. If it weren’t for Josh and and him, the D wouldn’t have so much at all last night. Honorable mention for Chaisson.

Agreed. Not sure what everybody else is seeing but I see a high motor guy with a lot of strength drawing a [BLEEP] ton of double teams his way more times than not.

What's hurting this team right now is the lack of a big, menacing presence between the two of them. Your edges are fine. It's the [BLEEP] interior right now that just does nothing.

Fatukasi, RHH, Hamilton, etc. Those guys are, you know, they're allowed to play defense too. If the edges come around the corner the QB 9 times out of 10 is able to step right on up into the pocket while keeping his eyes and head downfield.

How often do we see our own QB get flushed outside due to the interior collapsing and he runs right into the edge waiting on him? Walker would easily have more sacks if somebody in the interior could collapse and flush the pocket to his side. It's common sense really.

Our interior is so piss poor that they can't even win 1 on 1's that Walker and Allen actually GIVE them because they're the only viable and consistent pass rushing threat we have. Why does nobody else seem to grasp that?
I agree about the interior, it's horrendous

He’s going to keep improving.

still waiting...
all I know is that I never feel like I've forgotten that Walker is on the feild.  He's always disrupting something or chasing someone down from behind.  The dude is legit.  Travon is the type of guy that you want to build a team around.  He's an anchor type guy.

Allen makes splash plays, but there are times I forget Allen is even on the field.  That's never the case with Walker.

Walker has gotten better with almost every month he's been in the league.  His Rookie year was pretty up and down, and he made some boneheaded plays early.  But he's night and day different now.  We still have 2 season with him under his rookie contract.  I think next year he's gonna be a beast.

Are you by chance related to Travon? This is a wild hype take right here lol. I didn't notice Travon at all today...

Seriously?  He was getting push and pressure all day...  I'll admit, I was closing the books for last month so I wasn't totally watching the 1st half.   But the 2nd half, every time I looked up, Travon was pushing through Linemen and causing stress on Flacco.

With that said, my statement regarding the rest of this season stands.  Travon Walker for this entire season has been getting better and better in pass rush, and he's always really good at run D, even when they are running away from him.  I don't know how many times I've watched an opposing offense run a play away from Travon's side and then see Travon chase down the play and be a part of the tackle.  I'd say it's at least 10 times.  The dude never stops.

I like his hustle.  I think he's a real one.
That sack by Micah Parsons just now looked exactly like what Travon Walker has been doing despite his lack of "moves"

I still want to see him learn how to shed blocks - but his power is going to ba a force to reckon with as his career moves forward

The difference is that Parsons has other moves so the lineman doesn't just know what's coming. The power move is actually a surprise when Parsons hits it.
