Thank you.   That statement is absolutely true about my feelings about Trump.   There are a lot of other reasons why I don't like Trump, but this (entitlements) is one of the big ones.

While Trump was running Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts into the ground, the Dow Jones index of gambling stocks ... soared 160%.

Donald Trump ran the worst performing casino company on the stock market. This isn’t a matter of “opinion.” This isn’t speculation or politics. It’s a matter of plain fact.

However, one person associated with Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts did make money:

Donald J. Trump.

Trump himself was siphoning millions out of Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts through salary, “bonuses” — yes, really — and cozy “service agreements” or side deals with his private corporations.

In total, Donald Trump pocketed $32 million over nine years, while his public stockholders lost more than $100 million.

2. Atlantic City casinos were all dying, not just Trumps. Give me the stock index for Atlantic City casinos only. All of his bankruptcies are related to Atlantic City. Good thing you and I know that Donald Trump, being an international businessman, has done a lot of business in places other than New Jersey. To judge him on Atlantic City alone would be like Judging Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio alone on their previous support of amnesty. Regardless, he used Chapter 11 in this case to his benefit and was praised for doing so. I am not going to discredit a businessman for making advantageous business dealings. The government-media complex has spun chapter 11 bankruptcy to be a dirty or unethical practice. FYI, the only people who believe that are those who have never, and could never, own and run a business.

 

3. Never seen much information on this one. Again though, you're going to discredit his business acumen over a statement made nearly three years before the actual real-estate crash? He took a risk it appears. He wouldn't open a mortgaging company and then say "I expect the market to crash in three years". Use some common-sense here.

 

Enough with this negativity on ticky-tack businesses deals Trump has had (Trump Mortgage, really?). Everyone has made mistakes, I actually like a candidate that is flawed and not a robot or the second coming of Christ. The man has owned over a hundred businesses, which I will list (again). A few bad deals doesn't spoil the bunch, and certainly shouldn't discredit his success in business.

She was basically fired because of her incompetent handling of the business, including the disastrous merger with Compaq. But hold on, wait wait wait. We won't blame Fiorina for the downfall of HP because the dot-com bubble popped, but we will blame Donald Trump on his Atlantic City casinos when Atlantic City crashed? Fantastic.
