I was enjoying a Steve Earle and the Dukes concert in a cavern last Saturday and a tall fellow with long hair and beatific (I suspect hallucinogenic induced) smile was dancing nearby. As the song ended, he dropped a folded $50 bill on my lap and walked off.

I was just asking for everybody else.

Walked up to The Metro for breakfast this morning. Of course, defeated the entire purpose of the walk by eating an ungodly amount of food. I fear there will be an emergency stop at the Gate station on the walk home.

The apartment across from me is on sale. The asking price is literally 100 grand more than I paid for my apartment a year ago. Real estate prices over here are getting really insane.

HOA meetings are so damn tedious, even if the HOA is not responsible for things like lawn length and pretty flowers in the communal areas.

So my state bowling tournament is this weekend in Lakeland. My friend and I had taken Friday off and were going to play golf. However, the weather is supposed to be just as [BLEEP] down there on Friday. Maybe I'll just cancel my day off and leave after work to go down there.

Nah...I'll still leave in the morning and start drinking earlier and then head to The Hard Rock Casino.

I'm hungry. My cereal wore off.

Can somebody bring me a bagel or maybe a cheese danish?

The Smithsonian Channel has a show called Aerial America in which they highlight a state's cities and natural attractions using high definition video shot from helicopters and drones. While watching the episode on Florida I told my wife that Jacksonville will not be shown. I was right. Working north they showcased Key West, Miami, the Everglades, Orlando, Tampa, Cape Canaveral, UF, and then hopped over to Tallahassee, Panama City, and the panhandle. Quite frankly I'm shocked the producers of the show balked at filming a low altitude fly down of Moncrief.
