We're having our Thanksgiving 'pot luck' lunch at work.  I made jalapeno cornbread.  It's quite yummy.  It's also a tad on the spicy side.

I may just put it out and watch some of the reactions when the unknowing consumers started eating it.

On a related note, I find it kind of irritating (since I, if I must say so myself, am a good cook) that the comment that I will get today is "Tell Mrs. Rico the cornbread was really good."   Angry

Yeah, but I was surrounded, surrounded, by pretty Korean girls. So there. But honestly, while some of them are very pretty, they're not my cup of tea. Korean women are...flat. I didn't see a single one with any real bodaciousness, any boom. Gots to have boom to be bodacious.

Well dang. He was a truly gifted musician and entertainer.

The joke works better if you'd actually been in Europe but it's the sentiment that counts. As for korean girls; I've seen cardboard with more curves than some of them but there is no accounting for taste.

Boobs are for teenagers.  Real men prefer legs.

Flat top and bottom. Flat. They're almost two dimensional. No bodacity. That's a new word. My Thesaurus says: fleshy.
The Reflex by Duran Duran is an awesome song. That is all.

I bought that album on cassette the day it was released. I didn't like it as much as the previous one, though. Because of their status as as pop music icon, they don't really get the credit they deserve for being the musicians they are. They go well beyond being three chord bubblegum pop.
Duran Duran???? Thank the Gawds I'm a Heavy Metal lover......

I TOTALLY agree with this statement.

Oh well, so much for that.  Hannah went back to the vet today for her monthly checkup.  Told my wife she maybe has 4-6 more months.  Not much more they can do at this point but keep her comfortable.  [BLEEP].

I don't work for respect, unlike your mom.
As if I didn't have enough to whine about, my youngest daughter just told me at lunch that she is moving to TX.  Now both kids are/will be out of state.

Sad
