He makes some good points there, though he is too forgiving of the play calling initially.
(he later contradicts himself by pointing out flaws in the play calling repeatedly)

One thing is certain is Lawrence and this team have had a very Rocky start so far. Hopefully this team(offense and defense) strings together a handful of good games before the end of the season.

It feels like we could win a few more if the offense can just be average or finish with just the two wins, there's just no way to gauge where this team is right now. I just hope TLaw survives the season so we can hopefully get some more talent in here next year.

I don't know Dave from Jacksonville's mental state, but he all but said that very thing.

it's certainly possible, we've seen that the D is capable of clamping down and keeping points low. We just need to get the offense clicking.
I know I could, but I absolutely don't want to look up when our last win streak was. It's the weekend, I should be happy, right?

Perhaps you could supply your expertise and write the code to make this function work to your liking. Since, you know, none of these guys get paid for any of this.
What a [BLEEP] whinefest.
Now I get to use the line everyone uses on me when I say someone is whining.
You're whining about whining!
My point is someone blocks me and I still have to see their drivel. Kind of a pointless block. Especially since he's blocked me but with a simple click he can still read my posts, I know this because I have a couple posters blocked from way back and can still see where they post. And am often tempted to click the view this post button.
The block feature isn't a true block and in 2021 I imagine the code for a true block probably isn't that hard. On Twitter when you block a user they are dead to you and you to them. And no nobody on here is paid for this message board, so what, no one is really harping on the mods and creators. I'm just bagging on MVP as much as possible and the block feature he uses so frequently.

Top ten in drops.
Worst coaching staff.
Not great OL play (especially RT and backups)
Defense was a sieve until magically finding some footing three weeks ago.
TLaw has had a lot going against him.
But we definitely should be freaking out about how bad he's been and talking about him being a bust and whoever suggested we draft Kenny freaking Pickett should be tarred and feathered

The block feature is about what you can see, not what the other guy can. You don't have the right to censor their visibility, this isn't Twitter or Facebook. If you don't want them to see what you posted then just don't post or use messaging instead.

This is what is known outside of the rock you liver under as "an opinion"
Can we please stop derailing this thread with "block feature" garbage?
The "features" on this board are mostly just stock plugins.
No one designed them to specifically to hurt you. Don't like 'em?? Go somewhere else.
Get over it and get on topic.
By the way - on topic- this thread is still [BLEEP] stupid and Trevor is going to be a very good Qb when he gets some competency at play-caller and another receiving weapon or two.

Rather then start a new thread thought I would put that here.
Infighting already going on which to me partially explains why we see such inconsistencies with TL’s development

Coaching changes that need to take place are getting rid of Meyer and Bevell. I think probably the wide receiver coach needs to go as well. I don’t think Schottenheimer is necessarily a problem, but we can’t know that for sure since the offensive coordinator sucks so bad.
11-21-2021, 02:02 PM
It starts with Meyer and Baalke. Those are the primary bad hires.
Bevell is a problem too.
Not retaining Keenan looks like it was yet another stupid Meyer decision.
RB coach? Meh... whatever. If JLC's sources are accurate (he could be fabricating the entire article based on his history) then I doubt RB coach is something anyone needs to really worry about. Seems like there are plenty of good ones around compared to other position coaches.

I love the "Emperor's New Clothes" approach to Lawrence.
He HAS to be good despite there not being one single piece of solitary evidence that he can even be a mid level.starter based on what he actually has shown on the field.
So its gotta be everybody else's fault!! Fire everybody!! Trevor will be great!!!
I am loving this whole plane wreck and you guys scurring around to find excuses to cover for whats actually happening on the field. Which is laughably not much. The kid has shown no evidence that he can play. At all.

Halftime 6-8 for 60 yards.
Prior to the game, I would have been happy knowing he completed 75% of his passes for an average of 7.5 yards per attempt. LOL

Lawrence with less than 100 yards passing, going into the 4th quarter. Continue your excuse making. He is putting up Minshew numbers

Please honestly answer three questions.
Is Trevor what is keeping this offense from working today?
How many bad passes has he thrown?
How many open receivers has he failed to see?

1. Yes, he is checking down everything and has thrown some errand throws
2. He is throwing 5 yards from the Los and 2 "have been bad
3. Cant say without seeing all angles.
He isn't playing well and tired of seeing everything and everybody get blamed except for the Golden boy. He is the worst starting Qb right now.
