Quote:I don't dislike Bridgewater. I'd be fine with the team drafting him. But, I think TMD and his tendency to want to portray himself as the smartest guy in the conversation is a little tiresome, and whining incessantly the way he does after a win borders on the pathetic. Someone that obsessed with losing is someone accustomed to doing so.
lol, hedge hedge hedge hedge...
The fence cannot support you, FBT...
Quote:Grades dont reflect how important a position is. Clowney will be one of the highest rated prospects ever, so its natural Teddy will be behind him.
And what does the media's opinion matter? They all say that Teddy is a franchise caliber QB anyway.
Sure but when people put teddy close to the class luck was the media must also see it but they don't. Do you remember lucks hype? It went on for two years, we are almost done with the college season and teddy isn't receiving half that.
Quote:that still didn't answer my question.
All that says is that Teddy gave no indication as of yet.
lol, look at what the top commenter said on there. I think he will be a decent QB just don't think he is some cant miss prospect.
Out of the last two QB draft classes. Bridgewater is the only one I would take behind Luck and Wilson. He is that good. I want to win the war, screw the battle.

Me too and I'm not that high on teddy. Lol geno.

Same here and there are about 3 or 4 other QB's in this class I would say the same for!
The thing that people say about carr is that he floats balls a lot, And even watching the game against NM he did miss a lot of balls that could have been easy TD's if he didn't sail it. That worries me because in this NFL balls that sail more often than not result in an interception.
I remember Gerrard Sailed a lot of balls and every time he did i flinched cause of how close they always came to being intercepted.
Did anyone watch the Louisville Vs Memphis game Saturday?

Yes. I thought Teddy looked good.
I trusted Gene Smith and he let me down. I will give the current management the benefit of the doubt. The draft will work itself out. I did enjoy today's win. Mojo ran hard and Henne didn't give the game away. Hopefully we get the guy and off we go.

That must hurt to admit...

Did you catch the post game interviews? Do you get the feeling TB is coming out?
Meaningless games hurt bad teams every year. We can't even suck correctly..
Quote:That must hurt to admit...
The first step is admitting that you have a problem.
Also While i didn't watch the game i did read the articles after the game that stated Teddy appeared to have a state of solace before the game, as though it would be his last. Extended time in the end zone ect.,
But his momma said that he was gon come out dis 'ear!

Tommy you are a strong supporter of Gus Bradley correct?
Did you want him to try to lose today? Serious question.

You can still be a Bradley supporter and believe in him, yet also want the team to lose THIS YEAR. Next year is a completely different story.
Im not all that upset that we won because lots of the young players are really improving and its showing. Cant complain about that.
next year we'll have a new QB no matter what, and likely an expanded offense that plays to the college strengths of that QB, or theyl'l take a QB who fits ol' Jed's offensive prowess so their isn't much of a learning curve. Most successfull first and second year QB's have had something along those lines and have seen success. Boosting confidence goes a long ways until they can learn to forget the previous play/plays/ghosts.
What Qb's in the draft atm run a similar offense to Jed's offense if any?

I saw the game, but changed to another game when it was over so I missed the interview. That said, it would really make little sense for Teddy to stay for another season. He graduates next month and its not like Louisville is going to be any sort of realistic chance for a national title next season, plus I don't think Teddy's value will ever be higher than right now. He probably would not be drafted above Winston.

That's not really what im asking.
Im asking, as a Gus Bradley supporter, did he want Gus to try to lose today?
