Quote:They claimed they've seen better. Maybe they have - what do you know??? And saying that does =/= to saying that "Everbank has bad sight lines". Either your comprehension is terrible or you are purposely looking for something to whine about.
LOL tmd talking about someone looking for a reason to whine. Dude the meds must be wearing off. You are in meltdown right now.
Quote:LOL, do you really think that Everbank has the best sight lines OF ANY OTHER STADIUM in the world?!!?!?! Because otherwise, thats the only way you could possibly take what they said as an insult or to equate it as you did.....
You did present it as a negative thing though.
I've only had second hand experience of the stadium myself, but I've heard plenty of positive things about it -- and this was from a Colts fan, not a Jags fan.
Quote:The Bucs Dolphins game was in Tampa this season. I've never been to a game in Miami's stadium.
Oh, I assumed you were talking about Dolphins stadium....its horrible.
Tampa's stadium looks nice on TV. I'll give it that.

Did your "friends" tell you about that place as well?

'k.
There is the sad part. You are to dense to realize it.
TAP (the angry puppy) is still beating that dead horse. Its not comming back to life believe me. No one is tanking.
Jesus Christ I can't believe I just wasted 10 minutes reading this crap.

My brain works at levels that no human can possibly comprehend.
Quote:There was no prospect at the top of the draft worth tanking for last year.
In the 2012 draft there was.
In the 2014 draft, there is.
So a team coming in to this year considered by many to be a championship contender decided, " I know we have a chance at a title this year, but if we lose a bunch of games we have a chance at Teddy Bridgewater"? You really are on a planet all by yourself.
Quote:Saying that Bridgewater has Manning-like command of the offense/ the QB position is different that claiming that Bridgewater is going to break every QB passing record in the book, like Manning is doing. I think it will be a long time, if ever, before someone approaches the numbers Manning will retire with.
Pretty much this. I think there are attributes that Bridgewater has that are very similar to Luck/ Manning, but it doesn't mean I am putting Teddy as equals, because I am not. I've said this and they know it, I've said on several occasions that overall I'd put Bridgewater below those guys, but still ahead of all the rest drafted after Manning other than Luck.
I made a post talking about the possibility of the QB/ WR combo potentially evolving into that type of famous pairing if Blaine would develop and remain a long term starter - however, it was also said with the idea of Blackmon being the lynchpin. Blackmon could make any long term QB a name (provided he gets his demons under control)
100% of them?
I don't think a Rex Ryan offense would be successful regardless of the QB. He's a one dimensional coach thats best suited to be a DC in this league as his apex.
You know its not a "Rex Ryan" offense right? Mornhinweg would be the OC.
Quote:Exactly. What team is going to hire a coach who intentionally loses?
Wait a minute, does that mean Shaub didnt tank so they could draft the best college prospect since Jesus who would take his job?

Once they became the pick 6-ans, I imagine that a lot of the players stopped giving so much effort. The players have probably given up. They're probably not doing it 'for the first pick'. But I doubt they're giving games their all. If they were, I imagine they'd have won another game by
now. They're not so much 'tanking for teddy' as they are unmotivated , and the team will try to reap the benefits. But even an unmotivated tinhorns team might be able to beat us in Everbank.

Cant read much into his "tanking" comments, said the same thing about the Bucs when they put Glennon in. I believe his breakdown of Glennon was "he is terrible".

No, chucklehead, they came into the season trying to win it all.....but once things degenerated to the point where by mid-season the Texans were 2-6 and those hopes were pretty much toast, then at that point the objective was re-assessed. Hence tanking for the QB that has become glaringly obvious that they need. Unlike the Jags, you won't see the Texans win any meaningless games down the stretch to mess this up for them (unless some distance builds up between them and the next team - see Colts in week 15-16 in 2011). Then, next year, with Bridgewater, they'll bounce right back up, just like the Colts did with Luck, and we'll be sitting here in the same place with a similar record, still waiting for our franchise QB, and now will have 2 teams in the division that will be set with theirs. But thats okay.....you know why?....because we won that game vs the Texans in 2013 13-6 when they were 2-8! That'll mean a whole lot at that point......not. No team leaves that QB in as bad as Keenum was playing vs the Jags unless they simply have no intention of getting a W that day. Keenum wasn't a high draft pick, so they have zero invested in him, (before you try that excuse)
