I realize that now. Both parents are pretty cool now actually. But my mom is the one that's witty at times. Hell, I was surprised she even knew tonight was the draft. She earned a cool point for that alone!

Yeah, even to a Californian, that area isn't cheap. But I'm sure you had fun.
I forgot how much fun layovers were. Almost five hours in Atlanta and I'm concerned it will be even longer with these thunderstorms in the area.

Whenever I have a long layover I usually try to get super drunk, find everyone that is in my terminal to catch the same flight as me, eye up my potential ...uh..."Freedom snatchers/Muslims", give them the 'murican "I'll totally fight you back and then some" stink eye while visions of American Flags and Bald Eagles soar high in our free skies. Not sure I needed to post that as I'm sure that's normal behavior. But FWIW. That's what I do.
