Wasn't meant like that, more so that a "giggle" would have meant that it was somewhat humorous....

Baseball is America's way of ruining an otherwise perfectly lovely summer afternoon.
I smoked a turkey yesterday. The whole thing! All nine pounds of it! Do you know how long that took?!
All Natural, no preservatives or hormones.
...but I'm guessing that doesn't really answer your question.

I recently had a Turkey that was deep fried ... without oil.
It was called an "Oilless Turkey Fryer" or something along those lines. Fast, and was very good.
Like the Nu-Wave Oven that they show on the info-mercials do?

I have one of those. I used it to make a turkey for Thanksgiving last year. I thought it turned out pretty good but apparently my kids didn't agree. So much so that that one of my sons went out the night before Thanksgiving this year and bought oil so I could fry. They're just spoiled, that's all.
However, I used it last night to make a chicken and it turned out very well. I haven't used it enough to get the cook times down, yet.

The Turkey that was fried (without oil) was injected with some mixture of liquid (Spiced up Broth I think) ... It took a little over an hour? and I think it was a little under 15 pounds IIRC. ... It was very moist, and the skin was goldenly crisp. I would be more than happy to be served the same Turkey anytime of the year.
