Had chicken in the brine all day told the wife at 6:00 go ahead and load up the smoker and turn it on, dinner would be ready at 8 sounds good, except she's never used the smoker and hit 2 min instead of 2 hours lol. dinner at 10 it is.............

I'm not a pagan I can't do anything besides Ketchup on my fries, but my wife she commits a small sin doing Hot Sauce on fries, I look the other way cause I love her.
