Not disagreeing with that at all. Trevor was really bad today but Davis Mills is a bad QB every week.

Trevor has had 2 elite performances this season.

Win next week and let’s move on.

I’m not gonna sit here and complain about him every single week. He’s had really good weeks and bad weeks. Today was a really bad week.

I thought he played great against the Colts but it wasn’t an elite game.

His max potential is maybe a young Matt Ryan statistically but right now he's playing more like Alex Smith. Which isn't good. Took Alex Smith six years to help lead a dysfunctional franchise to a winning season.

He was never statistically off the charts as well yearly. Lawrence is somewhere in between both for me. A Matt Ryan / Alex Smith type QB. Just not somebody that you can consistently and confidently rely on in close games or trust in the long term.

2 weeks of good QB play washed out by 2 weeks of really, really, really awful QB play this last 2 weeks. Hope he gives us 2 good weeks in a row now. That's probably asking for too much.

the bright side is he over throws wide open receivers. Imagine him under throwing it…we would be complaining about lake of arm talent.

After two seasons many wrote off Josh Allen. Year three, he turned the corner and is now the best QB in the league.

Yeah, he played good but far from elite.  Our defense played elite in that game.
It definately wasn't an good game for TL16.

NH3...
I’m done with him. This guy has all the tools and none of the mental abilities to be at the very least an average QB in the NFL. This franchise is cursed.

Sorry, but I am having a hard time taking solace in the fact that our 1st overall pick has had elite performances compared to a 3rd rd pick, especially considering Mills has out played TL in both of their head to head match ups.

Also, Mills has had had a couple of elite performances himself and has played fewer games, so there is even less solace to take with that comparison.

2nd best.  Mahomes is superior.  But your point stands.

Hes 3-0 against Lawrence.

But the balls are in the players hands... maybe a little high but if it touches the receivers hands then they need to catch it
I'm not done with him but damn I have some reservations. I really chalked last year up to Urban but this year there's no excuse. 1st overall pick you gotta play better then he has.

Bawaaaha seriously....ya because the 15 dropped passes on the last two drives....oh wait all game....ya the interception in the end zone was bad....but play calling was worse....and how about a defense that in two close games allowed the  opposing team to march down the field for the game winning drive....that's right Washington and now Texans.... couldn't stop them when it really mattered...stop Washington we win....stop Texans and all we need is a FG

Hes 3-0 against Lawrence.

Tyrod Taylor played the first game against us last year.

We can hope he takes the development path of Josh Allen because he sure isn't following the path of Mahomes.

Lawrence is not Allen. Sorry. What Allen lacked in accuracy and decision making earlier in his career he made up for it with his running ability and toughness when taking hits. Something Lawrence just doesn't either have at this level or is too chicken [BLEEP] to showcase for some reason.

Also, 2nd year Josh Allen went 10 - 6 and only turned the ball over 13 times in 16 games. With 9 being INT's and 4 being fumbles. Lawrence is already at 8 turnovers in 5 games. With 7 of those turnovers coming in the last 2 games.

That's concerning.

Allen had 7 Ints 5 fumbles with 2 lost in the first 5 games of his second year.

Also one of TL's Ints was on a Hail Mary, even though it was a horribly thrown Hail Mary, that really only counts on the stat sheet and isn't reflective of the QB.

That's pretty funny, but what exactly is that creature representing the Hail Mary? Looks like half the torso is missing. Something there is anatomically incorrect.

Kinda like how Lawrence can throw a 100 MPH fast ball to his RB in the flat that causes drops but with a full windup threw a 30 yard hail marry, that the entire defense/offense had to run back for.

That hail marry reminded me of that Gabbert to Cecil Shorts play where he was wide open but cecil had to stop and come back for the ball and everyone said that was a punt pass lol.

Well I tried to point out reasons we suck and discuss the team but i'm called a troll, so I figured i'd just share some lighthearted memes from the jaguars reddit.
