The headline of that picture that I didn't make wasn't the point.
Double the TDs and Half the Ints with more completions and yards on less attempts was the point. And let's be real, Minshew played on just as bad of an offense.
I admit I am a Minchew-fanboy, and was loath to see him go. He went 6-6 in his first season when he was trust into the lineup when Foles was injured, and acquitted himself nicely. His second season was marred by playing on a team devoid of talent on both sides of the ball, so it is hard to say how good he really is. Now, in Philly he sits behind Hurts whose play is right up there with Allen and Mahomes, so it is quite natural that he does not get much playing time. However, if Hurts go down I am confident that he will step up.
As for Lawrence, he suffers from growing pains and desperate needs at WR. He must take steps to improve his playmaking ability, and the front office must make some moves to provide better targets. Who knows what Lawrence’s stats would look like with a true No. 1 WR? When people point at Trevor having played 25 games, I’d rather forget last season and judge him by his performance this season. I think his INT stat is not telling the true story as there has been a few tipped balls which cannot be blamed upon Trevor and a few desperation throws towards the end of the game, throws he probably would not have attempted with more time on the clock.
Lastly, looking at how Allen developed in Buffalo give me hope that Trevor will turn the corner in the future.

Gardner Minshew has physical limitations that allow defensive coordinators a fairly easy game plan to stop him. That's why he's a backup. Trevor Lawrence does not have those physical limitations. That's why he has a much higher upside.
Sure, we could possibly be a mediocre team with Minshew at QB. But that would be our ceiling. And if we did reach that point, then we'd all be complaining about Minshew.
The Jags are trying to take TL, a guy with a lot of physical ability, and develop him into an elite QB. That's why we have Lawrence and not Minshew.
I'm not saying TL is elite yet or is necessarily going to be elite. But he has a chance to be an elite QB and Minshew does not.
All the above should be really really obvious.

The Eagles might not want to trade him. They need him if something happens to Hurts
If Hurts goes down, that team isn't going far in the playoffs and they likely lose the division to the Cowboys.

So you're telling me, that if I go to mcdonalds and log into the forum on my phone from their wifi and somebody else has done the same thing we are now breaking the rules because we've both logged in from the same IP address?
Also as far as my name goes, the abbriviation could be my initials, and if it was a problem i'm sure the other mod and the admin I messaged about my ban would have told me that. But they don't have partial feelings towards me like yourself.
