It’s a real possibility that at some point he’s benched this year

Let's not.  Lamar is also playing bad.

Lamar's absolute worst is better than TL's very best. 15/6 TD INT is not bad... Ravens are in decline, I would cut whoever needed to make the space to get Lamar.

He isn't. I'll take the guy that's 42-15 as a starter. Draft is a crapshoot.

4.3 YPA.

Trevor ain't it.

U forgot the fumble.  We got on top of it, but that ended that possession in plus territory.  This was sickening.  Missing guys, holding the ball too long, not taking what the defense gives him.

That last pick was disgusting.  It's 2min, ur trying to get the out route to the sideline!  That ball can never be behind the receiver!

Doug's not helping.  First pick was on him.  First and goal from the one just takevthe touchdown!!!

Seriously doubt this, he has the tools and flashes what made him a 1st overall pick. The problem is the flashes are turning into small sparks instead of fireworks. I think it is 100% psychology with him. His #1 offseason goal should be to find a good sports shrink.

Kid was a #1 pick and vetted as a Generational Talent by ALL the experts.I say we settle down and trust the draft process and evaluators and just let this play out for at least six or seven seasons. Maybe even extend him early. We dont want to be on the wrong side of this when the egg finally hatches, guys....

Your either mad and lost your mind or I missed the sarcasm

I choose to believe sarcasm.

Bringing in Beathard during a game will do one of two things. It will either light a fire under him to improve or it will reinforce his mental self-flagellation and make him worse.
I'd trade him to the Colts.

Trade him to the Pats, let Belichick turn him into Tom Brady 2.0.

I like the benching idea.. Dude needs it. Whether it helps or hurts him, is up to TLaw..

Id be ok with benching Trevor for 1 game just to see how good we are with Beathard.

Gives us Zappe
Help is not on the way
The amount of good from Trevor out weighs the bad, but this team isn't good enough to overcome the few mistakes he makes which magnifies them tenfold.
never been more frustrated than today. It’s 8 games into year 2. No more boneheaded mistakes.
did any of his teammates to his birthday party his senior year at Clemson? Bo Callahan 2.0. we need Kevin Costner to draft for us.
Mentally he's a kid playing with grown men. Physical tools mean nothing if you can't mentally control them. He doesn't have a winning mentality. He won because his TEAMS had superior talent.
im not giving up on Trevor but it doesnt look good right now

He's broken mentally and I'm not sure it can be corrected. He's scared to throw the ball, scared of the rush, and seems to have an issue with taking off and running when no one is open and the blocking breaks down. You can see every time he makes a mistake he is beating himself up. We keep hearing about how he forgets the last play fast and I don't see it.

The WRs are starting to show their disgust with his bad throws also. The team is at a crossroads and looks like it is going to fall apart with Trevor as the QB.

EricC85, my sarcasm was so close to what other idiots have actually believed and said on this board, the confusion is understandable.
