I would be shocked if the Jaguars Defense could hold the Saints to less than 23points, so the only way the Jaguars win is if Blake can throw another 300 yard, 4+ TD game.

He would be a massive upgrade over what we have now. Not to mention his player evaluation is second to none. Any prior success this team ever had is directly related to him. Put Tom and Dave together in a draft room and this team will be in the Super Bowl within two years.

I'm just saying, that while we need an experienced coach. I think one with more energy may be better for us...


It's possible that Coughlin's best coaching days are behind him. Haven't the giants been struggling for the past 3 years or so?

I never understood the concept of hiring a coach that was fired from his previous job.  Did he get fired because he was really good and the team didn’t want to be good anymore?  Maybe they have another really good head coach to replace him. Or maybe he was fired because he couldn’t deliver with the players he has.


I'm confused.  Is it Jimm’y’s and Joes or X’s and O’s?

We're talking about a 2 time Super Bowl champion coach here. Not some basic retread. The guy knows how to win.
