This team should be freaking 3-1 and you find a way to lose 2 close games by scoring 9 and 13 respectively. That's a joke.

As long as the team is not getting blown out every week, Gus gets the whole season. Right now at the quarter mark, he's probably on pace to get fired at the end of the season.
I'd be shocked if Caldwell is out anytime soon.

The only downside is that it guarantees that your young QB is playing in his 4th different offense in 4 years.
That's not reason enough to keep Gus, though. Gus needs to prove he can prepare this team to win on Sundays.

Uh... Just FYI... But Gus doesnt' really work... This is a rebuild. He doesn't think anything is really important untill after the rebuilt is build. And Gus still thinks we are rebuilding.
No need to work the refs, or work anything, when you're still just practicing. Gus thinks this is all practice...

Some pretty dramatic improvement has to happen at this point for him to keep his job. It's looking pretty unlikely that's going to happen.
