Bumper boats anyone?  The real problem will be all those Brits driving on the wrong side of the river.
Quote:Stroud was done by the time he left the Jaguars.   I remember him having to have micro fracture surgery.  I loved Stroud, I still rock his 99 Jersey, but that's a terrible example.

By the end of the stint, Fred Taylor was gone.  I'll concede MJD, but consider this...  With basically the same roster, JDR had a higher win total than Mularkey did...  I think it's not a far extrapolation to consider that Bradley would have only won 2 games in that Mularkey year as well.  Again, a 2 win year with the same team that JDR won I think 5 games the prior year.

I totally disagree. Gus' teams play with heart. Mularkey's team had no desire to do anything but go through the motions. At least with this defense there's a chance they'll stop someone when they get in the red zone. Under Mularkey, if any offense, and it doesn't matter how inept that offense might be, stepped anywhere near the red zone, they were automatically scoring a TD. Gus would have scratched at least one more win out of that roster I'm sure of it. I'm not saying Gus is necessarily the answer here, but can we please stop comparing him to by far one of the worst head coaches in the history of the NFL.

Gus inherited a team with no QB, no WR, a burned out RB and an injury prone beyond zenith TE.

I like where things are headed and believe it will soon translate to (quality) wins.

I think I might actually hate Gus Bradley

For NFL head coaches who coached in 40 or more games, no coach has 9 wins or fewer (only Bradley).

He is all-time historically bad!

Hot thread is hot
But we only lost by 5...that "improvement" will get Gus a contract extension

and look at Mularkey, he is about to beat the Saints!

I won't. That would be an insult to Rod Marinelli.
He won't be fired during the season but the guy has to get more than 6 wins.

The good news is that Blake Hurns Robinson and Yeldon are the real deal. Love the offense.
Jags not winning more than 4 gamed this year. He has to go
This tacks game...  It's sickening...

They look like a well coached team.  The Jags look like a group of kindergartners that were told to just go out there and have fun.

One more win and Mularkey ties Gus's season total...

...let that sink in!

Tacks win!!!

Jags Lose!!!

LOL!!

Yeah, Mularkey is obviously a better coach than what we have.  There's no doubt in my mind that we will lose to the saints...  There's no doubt in my mind that we don't beat the tacks...

Lol @ the Titans winning.

Every team that has fired their awful head coach has gone on to win the next week. Where are all of those "firing Gus won't change anything" morons?

Gus is just as bad as Mularkey was. People who say he isn't are on their last desperate attempt to defend Gus.
Looks like Del Rio might come back on the Steelers to tie it up.

Mularkey > Gus

I'm convinced tacks will sweep us.

They ride their desperation after every loss....

...all 31 of them...
Did anyone else notice how soft Yeldon runs? I'm telling you, this coaching staff just coaches soft.

Yeldon is one heck of a good RB.  But he runs soft at times...  To me, that's all on coaching.
