I would argue that it's more than one person's fault...the players are not executing well, so either they are stupid and do not have the ability to understand what they are supposed to do, they don't have the skills to execute the plays, or they are poorly coached, or they are not as good as they were projected to be...so who would you lay the blame on?

If players aren't executing then it's poor drafting and evaluation, or poor coaching. It's somebody's responsibility

it's obvious they are not executing by watching them play, but is it because they are too stupid to learn, the coaching staff isn't good enough to make them better, or were they just over drafted? or is it a combination? That's what needs to be figured out and dealt with
