As long as the market value is around the same. Vernon is nice. But if it is inflated. Then no. Still a draft.

Why does it matter? We have the most cap space in the NFL. You guys getting hung up on the money thing again.

True I know what you mean, but still I think he's gotten a lot better than he was in college. Time will tell though, I think he's going to be an amazing corner if he stays on the good side.

Who you getting to be LEO in draft? Not sure Bosa fits it. He seems more like a guy that would play the other spots of DL than LEO.


Better hope Spence falls to the 2nd if that's your thinking. Need more than an unproven Fowler at LEO.

 

Dolphins offered around 11-12M. If we give him 15M per, I'm not going to be upset.

Illoka is getting a 5yr 30mil with 18 upfront. I find it hard to believe he didn't get an offer better than that.

That's the guy who said Bruce Irvin to the Jags was locked in.

Why hasn't Gerhart been released? Having lots of cap space is great, and it gives more room for error in apportioning salaries, but that's a lot of money being paid to veteran players, neither of whom will start, and at a position that's been a big-time buyer's market recently.

Don't need to release him until before the 13th. I'd imagine it'll come today once Ivory is actually signed.
