Guys, calm the hell down. We had the most cap left even after the Malik signing. Sure, would have rather seen Ivory at 4-5M, us giving him 6-7 isn't going to hurt us very much. This also means we gain another 3.5 from Toby if I'm not mistaken.
It will be a split in two of carries. Ivory may not be focal back, but he'll be getting half the carries. Dude is vicious.

With Toby off the books and Ivory on its a net hit of 2.5 mil. Not bad.
Toby was around 5 million and now he's cut. This is a great move. I'm surprised a day 1 move though.
Really would love to see attention shifted to FS and CB.
I mean if we had a LG or C our offense is pretty much set if Joeckel plays good.

we sure about that? I heard Toby was only a 500,000 cap saving if cut.

Damn guys, I'm not sure if we can recover after this boneheaded move by Dave. Just a MASSIVE overpay. 6M for a very solid ideal compliment to our starter? No guy should get paid more than 2M at RB to be a compliment.
