We need to get a guard. I understand we're focused on Vernon but we have a gaping hole inside the OL right now. If we end up with JR Sweezy then we're literally right back where we were at with Beadles.

Does this take the Giants out of the Vernon sweepstakes?

I don't think it does anymore than signing Jackson took us out.

I agree with this, I think among main FA's only Jeff Allen is there though, Osemele signed, Alex Boone signed, Mack I think it was signed as well, Sweezy is terrible....not many option right now (at least from guys I know)

Giants still have ~23 million cap left after signing JPP/Jenkins/Harrison. Doesn't theoretically take them out of the Vernon sweepstakes, but they'd be getting fairly cash strapped if they got Vernon for 15+. 

Won't it suck of there is no Vernon news at 4 and it's another 24 hours before we find out

Since its all about money it should.  We should have the higher bid due to our higher cap atm so unless his price is insane, i think he's ours now.
