Guessing Mario Williams would be a more likely target than Vernon at this point.

I think Malik is just an all around really good player. Rush the passer, stuff the run, versatile, leader, Super Bowl winner. Awesome signing.

I don't think he's necessarily a pass rusher.

I think he will be starting at 3T.  Marks will come in on 3rd downs to rush the passer.

Historically, our Bronco acquisitions have worked out well for us.  Reggie Hayward was a good defensive end, very productive for us, before he got hurt.  Julius Thomas, even after missing all those games, gave us five TDs last year - very good for a TE. He'll only get better.

 

I hope the Jackson story is true. It would be like expecting to get a bike for Christmas - only to get underwear.
