If we end up getting Murray, do you think our skill positions on offense is complete? Or is getting a wr still an option whether it's through fa or the draft?

Highly highly doubt we draft a wr
I think Dave knows that Blackmons coming back so we're not shopping hard for a wr.

I could see a few possibilities.
1. The team drafts a punt/kick returner in the mid rounds (Lockett).
2. The team goes BAP in the first and takes a WR (would not want that, but it is a remote chance because Caldwell has repeatedly stated he is a needs drafter)
3. The team could bring in a cheaper veteran who could play decently, but not necessarily stand in the way of developing the new guys (Bowe)
4. Blackmon could come back.
If Blackmon is back, and anywhere near form, we are fine at WR
Yeah I don't really see us going wr in the draft either. I can see Dave going defense heavy in the draft early and grabbing depth on the o line in the later rounds
This is shaping up to be the best off-season I can remember. It's definitely exciting.

If we get Murray also, I think we had the best free agency in the league this year.

It reminds me of 1996, when we picked up guys like Keenan McCardell, Andre Rison, Leon Searcy, Natrone Means, Clyde Simmons. I think all those were acquired in our second offseason, before our second season.
I would still draft a Lockett or another PR/KR CB.

I was thinking the same thing.
It's weird to have that kind of excitement about free agency as a Jaguars fan.
