Quote:49er fans are upset to see him go. We are definitely the most active team on the market.

Good to hear.
Quote:He's one of Dave's patented free agent fliers. I'm sure he's not getting a ton of money to come here to see if he can prove himself full-time. In part-time play he had 33 tackles and 5 sacks.

So why is he going to be a first day signing? Don't these kind of guys usually sign later on?
if we draft vic skuta will be behind him

Quote:This roster is coming together but in order to see major improvement we'll need to see Bortles take that next step. Bortles is key.
This.

And it looks like he's putting in the time this offseason,so we'll see

He like a Dakota Watson signing, if it works great if not we will cut him
I can't imagine being a raiders fan. All that money and they are doing nothing.

From what I understand there was some competition for him.

Not always, he's a guy we want and he wants to come here, if not he would visit around
Quote:With all the free agents potentially coming,we still have a question at LT.Can Luke play or not

I'm all for drafting the LT from Iowa scherff or something like that. I saw a couple of his games last year the kid is nasty.
They going to sign Murray and Hardy tomorrow! Crossing fingers.

Makes sense does seem like we're in the running for more playmakers them ever before.
(@mike_e_kaye) - Great under the radar signing. RT @caplannfl #Jaguars are expected to sign LB Dan Skuta, per league source.

lol...that would be insane

Maybe we promised him a starting job? He's been a backup much of his career, really only starting in San Fran when their LBs got injured. A chance to be an opening day starter may have pushed him to sign right away.
Damn it I gotta work in the morning and can't get off the stupid internet because we keep hanging new info pop up.

I imagine they give him another shot seeing as he was a first round pick and the injuries and all.

What im hoping for is Jake Fisher falls to 36 and we snag him.
Don't know much about him. Their fans seem to like him.

<p class="" style="color:rgb(41,47,51);font-family:'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">Dan Skuta was a nice pickup by the <a class="" href='https://twitter.com/hashtag/49ers?src=hash'>#49ers</a> two years ago. +8.7 overall grade on defense including +5.1 pass rush grade over two seasons.

<p class="" style="color:rgb(41,47,51);font-family:'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">

<p class="" style="color:rgb(41,47,51);font-family:'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">-------------------------

<p class="" style="color:rgb(41,47,51);font-family:'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">Some here don't like PFF, but positive grades are always nice.

Prefer he would just be the 4th LB but if he starts he starts. He scored a TD against us in London
