After Shaun Hill agreed to a contract with the Vikings earlier today, it's not surprising that the St. Louis Rams looked for another backup QB option to add to their mix. Unfortunately for the Rams, they got the worse end of the stick in losing Hill and giving up a 7th Round pick.

The Rams might end up being the biggest losers in FA. Which is truly unfortunate given the progress of their young roster as of late. Maybe this is a sign that the Rams might be in for the Winston-Mariota chase?

Oakland is late to the party. Already three or four other teams were interested in Murray.

A few minutes ago, I read somewhere that the trade with the Rams and Eagles still has facets of it that have to be ironed out.
At some point, the Rams probably will have to seek a much higher caliber QB than they have lacked since the days of Kurt Warner.

With the Raiders massive amount of salary cap space, I'm not sure if there is such a thing as late to the party until a contract is signed.
