Why would the Eagles trade McCoy and then sign Murray to a big contract.... That doesn't make any sense.

LeSean McCoy was not traded for financial reasons. Chip Kelly did not like him.

It makes a ton of sense, you save money by getting Murray and get Alonso for free.
