I don't get why we never even looked at Rahim Moore though. Guess they want to draft and develop a FS as well

How can a player trust Chip Kelly, Ryan Matthews agreed to sign, and now he might not get his deal, and its not the same as Gore changing his mind since no player was suppose to be agreeing to deals during that time.
Before free agency started I kept hearing we had to spend money to get to the 89%.
How much more do we have to go to get there for this year?

Or, he never intended to sign anywhere but back with Dallas, and he was unfortunate enough to try to play a game of salary chicken at a time when RBs have a tough time commanding the kind of money he's asking for. He used this as an opportunity to negotiate a better deal with Dallas, and they didn't blink.

its not so much about the title "DE" as it is about what the player on the line can do
