You could potentially offer a trade package outside of the RFA tender but I don't see why the Browns would take less than a 2nd.

Pretty sure that Cleveland//Gibson would have to sign the tender…making him a Browns player.

 

Then they could trade him for whatever compensation they want.

Still not a fan of giving up big money along with a high 2nd round pick. That high 2nd round pick is premium guys. Some of the best Jaguars in history were drafted using a high 2nd round pick.

They're guaranteed the 36th pick if we'd go after him. Not sure why they would settle for one year of Lewis at $7million even if they're losing Cameron.
