Yup. Good franchises have a plan and are usually very patient with that plan and believe in the process until it comes to fruition. This guy has just acquired the power to call personnel decisions and has lost his freakin mind.

Ive been waiting for the Rams to finally start winning...besides their QB play they have been decent. Now add in I believe that the 9ers will fall hard in the west.... opens a spot for the rams.

The Rams have certainly gone through very difficult times since the Mike Martz era ended. This season shapes up as a good opportunity for them to take a couple of key steps forward. Yet, the uncertainty with the stadium situation puts a dark black cloud on the team. If it looks like the Rams are leaving St. Louis, they could be playing in front of crowds of 30,000 or less in many games.
