Quote:If anyone gives up a first and second for the #3 pick then I would use a second on Gibson. He is a talent just not the #36 pick please.

That's not how it works...

Quote:Watch these Gipson highlights!!! Shows 2 interceptions thrown by Bortles. I think this kid is worth a 2nd and a decent contract so they can't match it.

What contract would you offer that you consider would be unmatchable?

2 interception from Blake? That's not saying much.... I love Blake but he was giving everyone interceptions.

It doesn't work that way with RFA...You have to put in the offer sheet and Cleveland has to answer prior to the draft and it has to be your pick.

Not many teams trade up prior to the draft as they like to know who is at the pick they are trading up to.

The only scenario would be if Cleveland//Gibson agree to their tender and the set up a trade with the Jags that if the Jags get a trade down they will trade Gibson straight up for a 2nd.

Will Blackmon is going back to Seattle.

What I don't get is the headline. It says he signed a contract, not agreed to sign one, and that is not allowed.

I would let the NFL know....

He isn't subject to FA rules because his contract didn't expire. He was cut and free to sign with anyone at any time.

Players who were cut from their teams can sign a contract whenever. Players whose contracts were expiring have to wait until tomorrow.
Wow that was fast. Lol edited for redundancy.

OK that makes sense.
Quote:Frank Gore | SF

(March 9, 2015 8:09 PM EDT)

According to FOX's Mike Garafolo, all indications are free agent Frank Gore in now "intent" on joining the Colts.

Gore appears set to leave the Eagles at the alter, instead choosing to hitch his wagon to Andrew Luck. He'd move ahead of Dan Herron as Indy's feature back and give Luck one of the game's best pass-protecting running backs. It's reasonable to think the Eagles' apparent lack of direction in personnel moves gave Gore cold feet and he sees a better chance to win a Super Bowl in Indy.

Glad BCC could let us know.

I thought we were only going to spend $9 million annually, which is less than Jimmy Graham's $10 million. The Broncos offered $9M annually and he balked at the contract structure, not the total amount. So how are we overspending?

Shot at Charles Robinson?

"Prepared to" as in if Seattle tried to pull a fast one, we'll pony up to get our guy
