Yep. He scared Gore away from Philly.

Shady gonna tell him no dont go lol
Quote:Money talks.
If it comes down to strictly money talking, he'll be a Raider or a Jaguar. Dallas hasn't backed away from saying they want him back. They're just not willing to meet his price. In the end, no team willl, but Oakland and Jacksonville have the resources to come closer than Dallas does. They don't have a ton of money to work with, and either of their competitors could structure a deal in such a way that there's no way Dallas would be able to come close.
From my perspective, I hope it doesn't come down to that. I'm lukewarm on this deal to begin with because I think we can probably use that cap space elsewhere to help plug additional holes, but if we get a productive back in his prime, and he's not suddenly falling off a cliff, it's a smart play. Still, there are options in the draft that could serve the same purpose for significantly less. Clearly, the Jags don't think they've got a shot at landing one of those guys, or they don't think there'd be an immediate impact if they did, so Murray is on their radar.
We'll see soon enough how this plays out.

There is the NFCE factor. He might want to play against his former team every year.
Skrine and Revis looks amazing on paper. Geno ruins everything though.

Oakland looks to be out of the running.

Intresting. Should take them out of the mix. So, does Murray go to the pukes, the pokes, or the Jags?
Lol, Look at all of us waiting in this thread obsessively pressing the "refresh" button in hopes of hearing more news about Murray. This is so intense. I love you all.

My head hurts from staring at the screen all day.....
GO JAGS!!
I think it would be great to sign Murray for the message it would send. The has so much cap room, they can structure the deal to make it easy to get out of after a year or two, the negatives are minimal.
I'm pretending to do something important just to watch this thread and twitter tonight.

I am not clicking on the refresh button, but have been waiting since 4:00 to read anything about DeMarco Murray.

And what happens if the Jags play the Packers in the SB? You hope for a tie?
