He died with covid, he had some surgery for some reason and died of a heart attack.

They went so far as to say he had a Covid-related surgery.
Imagine being the poor family of this guy the media has used to make a point that COVID-19 affects younger people too.

Is Cocaine Mitch wrong here?

It does though. I personally know a healthy 22 year old who had it. Was in the hospital for 2-3 weeks. Had to be sedated and put on a vent.

A 41 year old Broadway star got it; went into ICU; got sepsis and had a leg (maybe two, I don't remember) amputated; was on a vent; just as they thought he could come off the vent he died.

Daniel Dae Kim (actor) got it and recovered. It affects people of all ages.

Technically everyone dies of heart failure but it's not what is noted on a death certificate, but I get what you're saying. Covid can complicate an illness, disease or autoimmune disease to the point the person cannot recover and they die.

My mom has two autoimmune diseases, one of them diagnosed recently, and is on two immunosuppressive drugs so I absolutely wear a mask everywhere now. I'm not taking a chance with her health.

He might not be wrong, but he's not arguing in good faith.
He says he has no problem helping people, he just wants to make sure those who are helped actually need it.
He's describing a means-tested welfare program that phases out as you earn more money.
Exactly the type of thing Mitch has opposed for over 36 years!
I guess the governor of NY and mayor of NYC decided Covid isn't a big enough threat to cancel the NYE shindig in Times Square. I'm watching a guy who live streams on YT and he's down there as close as he can get and the cops have told people to move off the corners and a loudspeaker keeps telling people to keep a safe distance with cops also telling people they need to move back.

WTH did they think was going to happen if there was entertainment and a ball drop? People weren't going to show up and tell the last day of the worst year in our lifetime to shove off?

I wonder how the hospitals are going to handle this 'super spreader'.

Dont forget letting fans into Bill's playoff game. The retirement home murderer must have action on the game.
When do we start the official COVID vaccine thread?

No one showed up.  Only a few invited guests and emergency services / police.
Any ideas why the MSM refuses to report on Dave Portnoy raising nearly 17M with 130,000 individual donors to support small businesses being [BLEEP] on by their government?
Well the true comes out, he died of a heart attack during surgery for a blood clot ... he also had covid

What about what happened at Mar-A-Lago?

There were hundreds of people at the barriers the city set up. I saw lots and lots of them on the live stream I mentioned above as well as another one. All seemed to be wearing masks but they were not social distanced. A lot of regular folks who live stream were there and showed what it actually looked like as opposed to what network television wanted people to see.

What happened there? Hey, if people want to congregate so be it, but the governor and mayor clutching their pearls at how bad things are in hospitals right now but letting the show go on knowing mass crowds would show up is hypocritical and dangerous for hospital workers if this creates a huge surge in Covid numbers.

I read somewhere everyone attending the game will be tested for Covid. How far in advance and do they have to isolate before the game, who knows.

It’s a democrat controlled state and a democrat sponsored event.  Nothing to see here.
Imagine feeling the need to defend NY leadership...
Ah, I see why I was confused about the Covid money. Congress overrode Trumps veto. I don't know why I thought he signed it. Too much going on to keep up with.
