How would we be building a coaching staff, when we have no head coach? No head coach is gonna want to come to a team where his staff is chosen for him.
Baalke is gonna be HC too, that's why we interviewed Fangio for DC and Bissacia for STC

you know, since the only one willing to work with Baalke is Baalke.

That’s not the point
What is the point then? was he a bad coach? did he engender dysfunction? just cause he's not a household name, he's not worthy of being considered? we probably already ran off Leftwich. that's not Bisacchi's fault. At this point, what's it going to hurt to spend two hours checking it out?

I’m out
Give the guy this tho: he overcame a mountain of dysfunction to get the Raiders to the playoffs. Players seemed to love him and Carr actively advocated for his return. More than we have here at the moment.
If we were interest in him we should of interviewed him right after the Raiders lost

He is much better though.
Bevell is [BLEEP] and no one is gonna hire him again. Probably not even a as an OC.
Goofy. His credentials stand on their own, but thanks for playing.

Agreed. Khan is just looking for anybody willing to work with Baalke.

The point is that if there was general interest, he would have been interviewed over a month ago…. Or even 2 weeks ago.
They have absolutely no clue what they’re doing and it’s blatantly obvious.
It has nothing to do with Rich and everything to do with a disaster of a coaching hire process.

This past week, Shad has been really working Leftwich and his agent to cave and work with Baalke. It goes like this:
SK: do you like Trent?
BL: I do not like Trent. I do not like Trent Baalke
SK: would you work with Trent here or there?
BL: I will not work with him here or there, I will not work with him anywhere.
SK:would you work with him in a box or with a fox?
BL: not in a box, not with a fox, not here or there or anywhere. I do not like Trent
SK:would you could you in a car?
It goes on and on.
By the end of the talks Byron finally realizes he likes Trent Baalke. And we’re screwed again
Thank you for literally making me LOL. That was great.

Same here, this was awesome. We should work as a collective group to finish it.

Yeah, that's why no one is interviewing the guy.
It's a possibility his contract is for more than one year, so not as much pressure to do so. Besides, still quite a few jobs out there still or are about to open.

Yeah, teams are so interested in him after what he did with Trevor
He is probably going to College football, if he is lucky lol

And that is kind of my point too; we are already miles down Joke Avenue, we are flailing badly, so why not flail at 150%?

And I'd be willing to bet that Trevor would say that Bev did facilitate his development in Year 1. Him and Schotty. The other guy did him no favors.
I think this team is just trolling the media. They already have an idea of who they want as their new HC.
...which is what my brain wants to tell me.

Just admit it and change your name to Bevell since you are either him or someone in his family.

His contract is for more than one year as an OC affects a contract as an HC exactly how?

You have any proof? no? then you are making stuff up.
Funny, not even Baalke wants Bevell haha

It doesn't. I think the question was referring to other assistant jobs.
