Frangie just stated he had a good feeling it's Spielman, Baalke, and Pederson and the announcement will be Thursday or Friday.

Not a bad decision overall. Spielman to overrun the whole thing. Baalke intact because Khan is a world class [BLEEP] up that doesn't know how to start fresh and he forces old dog turds onto new carpet. Pederson to coach the team and basically make Baalke fetch and what not with Spielman with them both having final say in roster personnel.
I really feel Baalke is being retained strictly for free agency, the draft and the scouting department. It was too late in the process to start over from scratch because Khan waited too long to get the search done on his own end for a new general manager. So, he needs Baalke for roster moves, scouting notes, draft board building, etc.
As soon as this [BLEEP] is announced though we can start to speculate and build up our own ideas or predict what they'll do in March and April. If true. Already excited for Pederson's approach to the game. A lot of TE involvement in the passing game. A lot of RB by committee and he'll for sure get the most out of Lawrence early and often.
As long as Baalke isnt making the personnel decisions i dont really give a [BLEEP]. Get Spielman and Pederson in here and i see this thing getting turned around

Assistant GM? There were rumors going around yesterday at the Senior Bowl that Baalke was scrambling around and trying to bring people in for an assistant GM role to handle the day to day stuff.

Spielman is way, way more [BLEEP] qualified than Baalke. None of this makes any sense at all. Why in the hell would he work under anybody like that? Is Khan just [BLEEP] and hoodwinking Baalke here for some reason? WTH is going on? LOL.

Yeah, the guy at the SB said he heard that the Jags will soon be getting a front office restructure. Hiring Spielman under Baalke isnt really a front office restructure. I dont believe he would do that with his pedigree.
