I could get behind that.

Brian Daboll
Byron Leftwich
Doug Pederson
Jim Caldwell
Josh McDaniels - but his segment in Indy is my only concern on this one.

either way we can start interviewing for interest in Dec. now this year with 2 games left in the season. so i believe we can start talking to them Dec. 27th.

Caldwell is too old
Pederson no. They won because Reich was OC to Wentz Look at those two now.
McDaniels hate to but pass. The Indy debacle is why, not because he drafted Tebow. Well, yes but it was because he drafted him in the 1st round and not the fifth as a TE

That leaves Daboll and Lefttwich. My leaning is toward Daboll but whoever he is, he needs to be a young, up and coming offensive minded coach. The GM position, at this moment, is just about as important as the next HC. Baalke has got to go.

this is why i prefer Daboll and Leftwich over the rest as they are offensive minded guys. and Daboll has the 2nd best Offense in the league right now and last year was really good too. Same with Leftwich, learing from Arians i am sure. winning culture. bring that here.

Pederson and Caldwell i only included as they had success in the NFL. and respected and would be able to bring in quality staff.

Oh Jesus Christ

Yeah, but how much does he know about football?
See that guy on the left.  He could do a better job than UM.

Before the Jaguars had hired Urban I was calling for them to interview Pederson, he seemed like an obvious choice to me.

Maybe one of the other guys is a better choice, but I don't see how anyone could look at UM and Pederson and then hire Urban.
I am just afraid Byron is not ready. I think the guy will be a good HC one day but I have my doubts on what he can do right now.

But he does have an inside track when calling a "Hail Mary"

As a player at Colorado, Bieniemy was arrested along with a teammate following a February 1988 bar fight.[11] He pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and fighting in public, and was sentenced to community service.[11] He also received discipline from head coach Bill McCartney.[11]
On July 4, 1990, Bieniemy pleaded no contest to interfering with a firefighter who had been performing his duties to extinguish a fire in Bieniemy's mother's garage.[12] Bieniemy received an eight-month suspended sentence[13] and was suspended for one game.[14] Bieniemy was instructed to do 40 hours of community service and attend an eight-hour firefighting training session.[12] An assistant city attorney said Bieniemy failed to attend the firefighting training session as stipulated in the plea agreement, but Bieniemy asserted the session was optional.[12]
In 1989, Bieniemy was ticketed in Westminster, Colorado for driving a defective vehicle, and in Aurora, Colorado for speeding. In October 1990, Bieniemy's license was suspended for a year after another traffic violation. On March 21, 1991, Bieniemy was caught speeding and driving with suspended license on I-70 near Rifle, Colorado, going 92 mph in a 65 mph zone. On April 17, 1991, Bieniemy failed to appear in court on charges relating to the March 21 incident. A bench warrant was issued in Colorado for his arrest on April 23, 1991, two days after he was drafted in the 1991 NFL Draft.[12]
On September 27, 1993, Bieniemy was arrested in Boulder, Colorado, for allegedly harassing a female parking attendant. According to the police report, while with his friends, Bieniemy put his hand on the attendant's neck, startling her. She told police he also made a comment about "a bunch of black males all at once being her worst nightmare,"[13] and that Bieniemy and his friends took off their pants and began urinating nearby. Bieniemy was also named in an outstanding warrant on a charge of driving with a suspended license. As a result of this incident, Bieniemy was banned from the University of Colorado Boulder campus for one year.[6][15]
In April 2001, Bieniemy was arrested for driving under the influence and was docked a month's pay.[16]

When was McDaniels in INdy?

McDaniels took the job in Indy, hired a staff, then quit.

That man has no integrity.

the biggest one though is NFL couldn't pay my dad,and i enough money to keep loseing. we would make sure we did everything to get jags winning, even tell nfl to keep thier money.

We need a GM that actually knows how to spell and speak proper English. I don't think you qualify.
I think Daboll and Pederson are the top picks. I don't think Leftwich is really proven yet, and he seems pretty easy-going for a head coach. Bienemy, I doubt they'll take him with his previous run-ins with the law.
Dilla has a pretty good record with his predictions/sources. While Leftwich may not have been my top choice (Brian Daboll), he certainly has a lot going fo him:

1. He has been a hot name for a couple of years regarding future head coaches.

2. His offense at Tampa has done great, although they certainly have the talent. He had a great reputation before going to Tampa.

3. Reportedly, the players love him. That would go a long way in securing desirable free agents. Are you listening, Chris Godwin?

4. He was well-liked during his tenure in Jacksonville. I believe our fans would support this choice.

Hopefully, Baalke would also be let go. Cullen is the one coach deserving to keep his job If these things happen, I believe Byron could be successful.

Personally, I'd love that. That man loves football and literally lives and breathes it. And he's probably more knowledgeable about the game than any coach we've had here.

I said it before, if we could have put his brain in David Garrard's body that would have made him a perennial pro bowler.

He was?  Maybe by a portion of the fanbase.  But I remember this board was pretty vicious towards him.  Those Leftwich vs Garrard debates were ugly.

He was?  Personally I always liked him and thought he got a raw deal, but at best it was a 50-50 split.

People love to bash Bienemy because of Andy Reid but can't you say the same for Byron and Arians?

Not to mention, Byron has the luxury of Tom Brady who basically coaches himself.

Byron was doing well without Brady though. He just had a waste of space at QB throwing the football directly into the opponents hands.

In 2019, when Leftwich was OC without Brady, they had a top 5 passing offense. I think if he assembles the right staff he could do wonders with Trevor.
