Larry Foote has dome some nice things with Lavonte David, Devin White, and Shaq Barrett.

Ok but a 43 or 34? I hope it's not back to the never blitzing passive defense

Foote comes from Pittsburgh and was with Bowles.

Bucs run a 3-4 base
A breath of fresh air.

Not happy about baalke but hoping the rumors of Byron wanting to bring in a GM are true

Yep that's the only thing keeping this from being a complete celebration right now. Sounds like we're stuck with Baalke at least through the draft. Shad is just incapable of doing things totally right.

Nice nice
The Bucs fan that I play fantasy football with is not super sad to be losing Byron (or the rumored Garver for OC), but he's real sad that they appear to be losing Foote.
One of my good best friends is a huge bucs fan who lives in Clearwater. I can see him telling me that the jags are stealing all their good coaches haha

Will Leftwich be handling the Offensive play calling as HC or not though. That'll be something to watch for. Garver at rumored OC would be one thing, but who's actually calling the plays is what really matters.

Too much responsibility for a first time HC to be handling the play calling duty as well? With his background as a QB and OC calling plays now, I don't think it would be, but it's just that much more added to his plate.
Regardless of how you feel, a hearty congrats is in order for him. What a story. Coming back home and having worked his way through the coaching ranks, not to mention being hire that helps bring some new thought and background to the head coaching world.

Congrats Byron. Always were a great guy
He can call the plays just like the rams coach. It cant be worse than bevel

I would guess that he calls plays since by all accounts he is a wizard at it, we'll find out soon enough.
i wonder what the percentage on Baalke staying would be?.... im terrified, so i think its 85% staying right now.
I am not sure if anyone ever posted this from a few weeks ago I think I only saw it on twitter, but good for Byron:

He’s our guy now. Welcome home Byron. Let’s get it!

I mean it'd make sense with the reports of him wearing a teal suit for the 1st interview with us a week or two ago.

Poor dude was literally mocked and belittled in Jacksonville when he was drafted because of the way he talked and because he wore his hat backwards.
Byron is our guy. I’m so pumped. Polar opposite of the character we saw with Urban.

Yeah this was before that, good to know that people know Byron is such a good guy that he'd do it all over again...and then they were right.
