We need somebody with proven success at developing QBs. Somebody with respect all around the league. Got to try and change the stink that's hovering around this franchise.
Moore is interesting as the young up and comer. With his lack of coaching experience though, I don't think throwing him into the current state of this Franchise would be a good thing for a first timer with the lack of experience.
Worked for the Rams with McVay. Working now for the Bengals with Taylor. Worked for the Cardinals with Kingsbury.
[BLEEP] it. Let's go with Moore or Leftwich. Give them a shot. Go all offense in the draft and free agency.
