Flores got fired after winning 19 games the last two seasons. Baalke is apparently retaining his job after 3 wins in the last two seasons both of which wound up with the worst record in the entire league. Clown is absolutely an appropriate title for Shad Khan.

Moore was my top choice, but Leftwich is almost the same thing I agree. Getting some very experienced coordinators would be great too. Caldwell QB coach/assistant HC and Fangio DC would make me drool. Would be happy with Byron keeping Cullen too.

The only issue I have with Leftwich is he hasn't done it before. If you bring Leftwich in, he needs a strong DC and he needs someone like Caldwell, Dungy, etc to be there to be his sounding board. Someone to help him out but also not someone trying to undermine him to take his job.

I think getting Caldwell in the building is crucial regardless of his position. Pete Prisco said yesterday that the feeling in the building was miserable this past season. From coaches to players to the marketing department, no one wanted to be there. In 8 months, Urban somehow managed to make a 1-15 team and their culture worse. That's impressive.
I can totally get behind a number of head coaches as long as it's not BOB and as long as Baalke is gone.
